The domestic public Internet network security emergency system established by CNCERT covers basic network operators, domain name service agencies, network security product and service providers, Internet content and application service providers and other institutions.As of 2020, it has established good cooperative relations and cooperation mechanisms with 260 international network security organizations in 78 countries and regions, representing China in participating in international affairs related to network security. Rich experience in network security assessment

CNCERT is one of the first units in China to obtain security assessment qualifications, and provides external services such as penetration testing, risk assessment, code testing, and other security assessments.At the same time, CNCERT is an inspection support agency designated by the Central Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Education, the China Banking Regulatory Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the provincial communications administrations.

Domestic first-class testing and experiment environment

CNCERT's network and information security testing laboratory has domestic first-class hardware conditions, an indoor testing site of 1340 square meters, and more than 500 sets of self-owned testing equipment.The laboratory has been officially accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, and has the measurement certification of the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee, the information security service qualification certification of the China Information Security Certification Center, the communication network security service capability assessment of the China Communications Enterprise Association, and the logistics and military industry.
